We are based in Marietta, GA but service the entire Metro-Atlanta area and beyond! A travel fee of $1/mile is required if the party or event location is outside a 25 mile radius of our base in zip code 30068.

Typically we book 2 months in advance and ask for a minimum of 3-5 week notice. We try our best to accommodate all requests and are happy to be secured up to a year in advance. If your event is less than 2 weeks away, please call us for accurate availability.

Your selected character(s) will always be guaranteed, but specific HMPP cast members are not individually listed. Rest assured, your performer, costume, and time are immediately reserved upon receipt of payment. Transform any party into a royal celebration by inviting extra enchanting characters! Select your main character package and add-on 1 or 2 delightful extras. For events with more than 3 characters, call or text us to create your perfect schedule!

The more, the merrier! If your party has more than 15 children, please book a 90-minute visit and/or multiple characters to ensure every prince and princess feels special. For parties with more than 20 children, please choose the “My Pleasure, Your Majesty” package to book our owner directly.

To create a magical moment for your child's celebration, we suggest inviting our enchanting characters to arrive 15 to 30 minutes after your festivities begin. This allows all your party guests to settle in and bask in the joy of the occasion. While surprises are delightful, sharing the news of our arrival beforehand can transform the day into a whimsical adventure, ensuring your little one feels comfortable and prepared to embrace their royal encounter. This is particularly important for younger ones, who may need a gentle introduction to the fairytale excitement as it unfolds before them.

To allow your guests to waltz with ease, we suggest a spacious area indoors or shade. Please keep in mind your performer may be sporting a grand gown and intricate wig, requiring a touch more space to remain graceful.

Should your venue be grand or lively, please make sure to mention it on your event form. We will conjure up the necessary sound equipment to ensure our visit is as jubilant as your festivities.

For face painting, we ask for access to water, paper towels, and at least two chairs; this will help keep the fairy tale flowing. If balloon twisting is part of your kingdom’s festivities, prepare a designated space with one chair and a surface for supplies.

Does a dinglehopper brush hair? Yes!

Our Swimming Mermaid is able to fully submerge and swim/splash through the party. Time at the start and conclusion of her visit is required to get in & out of the water and swimming tail (without children peaking) as this option does not include a handler.

Our Mermaid Princess does not fully submerge (special thanks to the iconic red hair) so the performer is required to remain in a shallow area or perched on the edge of the pool. This option is priced to include the attendance of a handler that will carry her in & out and assist with mobility/positioning for the duration of your event.

You can reschedule up to 2 weeks before your event without any penalty, based on performer availability. Just contact us as early as possible.

Yes! An adult must be present at all times. Our performers are not babysitters. You are responsible for managing guest behavior and ensuring a safe environment.

Client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, but partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in case of emergencies. If cancellation is due to something major (like extreme weather, illness outbreaks, or government orders), a full refund will be issued. Your payment is fully transferable and can be applied to any future booking if you need to reschedule for any reason.

We love outdoor parties! However, we cannot perform if:

• It’s above 85°F or below 45°F

• There's rain, heavy wind, mud, or unsafe terrain

Please provide an indoor or shaded backup space just in case.

We try to arrive on time, but sometimes traffic happens. If we’re late, we ALWAYS extend the visit to make up for lost time.
